Across my time producing CRM output for the brands, I've introduced a steady stream of new ideas, layouts and approaches into the mix. Part of the role is keeping our online presence clear and consistent – but just as importantly, it's about pushing the brands forward, finding new ways of working and presenting them to keep things fresh and interesting for our customers.
With combined marketing email and paid social sends running into the hundreds throughout the year, the challenge is keeping the output interesting, creative and consistently informative. The work has to engage our target audience through a mix of promotional activity and educational content, supporting a varied product offering across multiple brands.
A core part of the job is creating engaging layouts and clear, functional information delivery – keeping existing customers and potential customers both informed and entertained. We highlight the features and benefits of our products through strong photography, and back that up with infographics and diagrams that draw attention to the details that matter.
Building a rich, varied suite of assets to keep customers engaged is a real challenge – but one the team is more than capable of meeting. Constantly finding new and innovative ways to present our products is part of the daily rhythm, and one I personally thrive on.
